The Technical Lead/Sr. Consultant will adopt a leading role in Application and Identity Governance projects. You will be responsible for the overall design and implementation work using Pathlock and will require skills in IT, Business process automation, and Security Compliance standards. The Technical Lead/Sr. Consultant is expected to lead and coordinate all delivery efforts including defining project scope, assessment of current implementation, defining project structure, technical design, implementation, operations etc.

As a lead in the team, you will need to provide support and knowledge transfer to other team members by using every person's strength and helping them to develop. The main responsibility is to deliver quality work, to high standards and on time.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent knowledge and experience in identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Security space.
  • Extensive experience in consulting and implementation of identity management solutions.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of leading project delivery, including scoping and planning projects.
  • Knowledge of Pathlock would be great. If not, then experience of a similar product e.g. Saviynt, Oracle IDM, SailPoint, etc.
  • Knowledge of authentication technologies e.g., SSO, MFA, etc.
  • Knowledge of integration to off the shelf Enterprise products e.g., Workday, SFDC, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle ERP, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud architecture as well as on-premises IT landscape.
  • Knowledge of security and compliance requirements.
  • Knowledge of SAP GRC Access/Process Control or any other Business Process Control automation/monitoring tool is a plus.
  • Knowledge of various business processes and risks within them.
  • Knowledge of SOD Rule design, should have collaborated with compliance team, business/IT Functional team member in identifying business relevant SOD risks and granular authorizations.
  • Willingness to be a hands-on contributor.
  • Excellent communication/documentation skills.
  • Knowledge of integration technologies, including REST, DB, LDAP.
  • SQL Knowledge.
