Are you passionate about driving sales and building valuable relationships? As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the UK market at Pathlock, you’ll play a pivotal role in our sales strategy. You’ll collaborate closely with the Director of Global Sales Development and a dynamic team to refine and implement best practices that drive growth.
- Reach out to leads and prospective UK-based accounts, building strong relationships and setting up high-quality meetings for the sales team.
- Partner with sales and marketing to convert qualified leads into discovery calls with Account Executives.
- Support marketing initiatives including events, webinars, and campaigns across the UK region.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure clear communication of prospect insights.
- Follow company processes and contribute to team initiatives such as training and reporting.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English required).
- Solid sales fundamentals including objection handling.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1+ years in sales, business development, or similar role preferred.
- Experience with CRM systems, dialers, and prospecting tools preferred.
- Occasional travel for UK-based events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
