Role Overview Are you passionate about driving sales and building valuable relationships? As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the UK market at Pathlock, you’ll play a pivotal role in our sales strategy. You will focus on lead qualification, prospecting new business, and generating a high-impact pipeline across the UK territory. You’ll collaborate closely with the Director of Global Sales Development and a dynamic team to refine and implement best practices that drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage and Inspire: Reach out to leads and prospective UK-based accounts, building strong relationships and setting up high-quality meetings for the sales team.
- Drive Results: Partner with sales and marketing to convert qualified leads into discovery calls with Account Executives.
- Achieve Targets: Consistently meet and exceed pipeline and meeting targets.
- Track and Optimize: Accurately track activity (calls, emails, LinkedIn engagement) and provide market feedback to improve strategy.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Understand prospect challenges and position Pathlock solutions with clear business value and ROI.
- Demand Generation: Support marketing initiatives including events, webinars, and campaigns across the UK region.
- Build Trust: Act as a reliable and knowledgeable resource for prospects and internal teams.
- CRM Excellence: Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure clear communication of prospect insights.
- Problem-Solving: Identify challenges early and escalate where necessary.
- Operational Discipline: Follow company processes and contribute to team initiatives such as training and reporting.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- High curiosity and drive to understand customer needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English required)
- Tech-savvy with ability to learn new tools quickly

- Solid sales fundamentals including objection handling

Experience and Education
- Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
