Are you passionate about driving sales and building valuable relationships? As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the UK market at Pathlock, you’ll play a pivotal role in our sales strategy. You’ll collaborate closely with the Director of Global Sales Development and a dynamic team to refine and implement best practices that drive growth.
- Reach out to leads and prospective UK-based accounts, building strong relationships and setting up high-quality meetings for the sales team.
- Partner with sales and marketing to convert qualified leads into discovery calls with Account Executives.
- Support marketing initiatives including events, webinars, and campaigns across the UK region.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure clear communication of prospect insights.
- Follow company processes and contribute to team initiatives such as training and reporting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English required).
Solid sales fundamentals including objection handling.
Basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: 1+ years in sales, business development, or similar role preferred.
Tools: Experience with CRM systems, dialers, and prospecting tools preferred.
Occasional travel for UK-based events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
