Co-created with dental professionals and front-desk teams, Pathir eliminates repetitive, high-volume tasks, mitigates staff burnout, and reduces missed calls. By delivering human-like conversations and adhering to practice-defined rules, Pathir enables clinics to operate more efficiently with fewer staff and a streamlined reception desk. Based in the UK, Pathir is proudly dental-native, designed to address real operational challenges within dental practices.
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Co-Founder, located in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Technical Co-Founder will lead the development and deployment of Pathir’s AI-powered platform, manage and guide the technical team, and contribute to the company’s strategic vision. As an essential partner in the growth of Pathir, the role involves hands-on coding, implementing technical strategies, and collaborating with the founding team to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to assess technical challenges and develop innovative solutions
- Exceptional Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and clients
- Experience in Sales and Marketing, with a focus on promoting technical solutions and business development
- Proven leadership experience in a technical or startup environment, preferably as a founder or in a senior technical role
- Expertise in AI and machine learning technologies is a significant advantage
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
