A Lead SEO Specialist is required by an established international brand seeking a proven, tech savvy and career focused B2B SEO professional who's hungry for a bigger challenge.
With significant investment being made into both SEO and AI search, and a major website rebuild already underway, this is an excellent opportunity to join at a pivotal time.
In this role you'll be given the freedom to take ownership of SEO initiatives, influence strategy and play a key role in the future direction of organic search across the business.
Working closely with content, marketing, product and development teams, you'll help drive organic performance across UK and US markets while helping to shape the business's approach to the rapidly evolving world of AI driven search.
In this role you will
- Drive organic growth through a combination of technical SEO, content optimisation and search strategy.
- Help shape and deliver the business's approach to AI driven search, generative engine optimisation and answer engine visibility.
- Work closely with content, marketing, product and development teams to improve website performance and search visibility.
- Play a key role in an upcoming website rebuild, ensuring SEO best practice is embedded throughout.
- Analyse performance data, identify opportunities and make recommendations that improve traffic, conversions and commercial outcomes.
To be considered you'll be
- Ready to step up into a more senior role, or already operating at this level and looking for greater ownership and influence.
- Experienced in driving organic growth through technical SEO, keyword research, search intent mapping, content optimisation and performance analysis.
- Comfortable using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush and Screaming Frog to identify opportunities and measure success.
- Experienced within a B2B and/or Saa S environment, with an understanding of how SEO contributes to lead generation, conversions and wider business growth.
- Interested in the evolving search landscape, including AI search, GEO, AEO and LLM visibility.
- Experience across multiple markets, website migrations, rebuild projects or Webflow would be advantageous.
- Exposure to CRO would also be beneficial.
