Our client is a large, multi-brand international group with thousands of employees and businesses offering technology solutions across several major business process domains. It is investing in modernising its systems and ways of working. HubSpot is already in place as its Sales CRM, but it has not yet been properly configured or integrated across the business.
With senior backing and resources behind the programme, the CRM Architect will assess the current landscape, design the CRM architecture and lead its implementation across a complex enterprise environment.
As the CRM Architect, you’ll get the chance to build a visible career around this transformation, becoming the group’s recognised HubSpot expert, with exposure to senior leaders and the backing to deliver a major change. As the programme develops, the role can grow into broader strategic ownership of other adjacent technologies, giving you a path from leading an enterprise HubSpot implementation to shaping the group’s wider roadmap.
Requirements
- Experience owning CRM architecture at enterprise scale.
- Deep practical HubSpot expertise, including implementation, configuration and user adoption.
- Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solution designs.
- Experience managing CRM data, workflows, reporting, governance and integrations with wider commercial systems.
- Experience managing implementation partners and vendors through delivery and ongoing development.
- Understanding of Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations and Customer Success processes.
- Experience defining CRM strategy and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Experience in SaaS or professional services, exposure to HubSpot AI and automation, or experience in the HubSpot partner ecosystem would be useful.
