Pathfinder Recruitment require Forklift/Telehandler operatives to assist with our contracts in Southampton Docks. This is a flexible opportunity, and you may be requested to work weekday and weekend shifts. Our busy Cruise season runs from May to October. Please note that this is an Ad Hoc position and work is available when ships are in Port.

Responsibilities:

  • Operating a forklift to assist with the unloading and loading of passengers luggage.
  • Assisting with the loading of stores on to Cruise Ships.
  • Conducting pre-operation checks on the forklift.

Requirements:

  • A valid full clean UK driving licence.
  • Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
  • Smart appearance.

Competitive pay rate of £17.37 per hour weekdays and £19.05 per hour weekends and bank holidays, inclusive of paid annual leave accrual. The opportunity to increase your earnings when desired – we have other roles available we could allocate you to once you register with us.
