Pathfinder are looking to recruit Cruise Supervisors for our SCH Cruise Operations in both Southampton and Portsmouth Port. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the busy Cruise industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervising cruise terminal operations
  • Booking in staff and managing attendance/sickness
  • Ensuring that the highest of standards are maintained with regards to the handling of passengers luggage
  • Maintaining high customer service standards among staff
  • Handling passenger issues and keeping operations running on schedule
  • Ensuring that all 'customer' facing staff maintains the highest standards at all times, attitude and appearance

Requirements:

  • The ability to communicate with different levels of passengers
  • To be able to work under pressure and to tight time frames
  • A proactive approach when dealing with customer issues
  • Smart appearance
  • Management/supervisory experience (preferred but not mandatory)

Competitive payment of £16.81 per hour weekdays and £18.49 per hour weekends and bank holidays, inclusive of paid annual leave accrual. Free parking onsite. Weekly pay. Training and PPE provided. Please note that this is an Ad Hoc position and is dependent on the Cruise schedule.
