This is an exciting time to be joining our team based in Liverpool and being involved in supporting the port activities as CPS Meet and Greet Reception Staff. You will be responsible for assisting with cruise parking operations in Liverpool Port. The role will involve a lot of walking and standing for long periods of time. This is a flexible opportunity and you may be requested to work weekdays, weekends, or bank holiday shifts.
Your daily responsibilities will consist of:
- Booking customer vehicles onto CPS handheld devices upon arrival at the cruise terminal.
- Photographing all passenger vehicles as part of the booking process.
- Advising passengers about the process upon return from their cruise.
- Providing meet and greet services for passengers returning from their cruise and handing vehicle keys back.
The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:
- The ability to communicate with different levels of passengers.
- The ability to operate electronic handheld booking devices (full training will be given).
- To be able to work under pressure and to tight time frames.
- A proactive approach when dealing with customer issues.
- Smart appearance.
Successful candidates will be expected to attend Health and Safety; they will be subject to identification checks and referencing checks.
Compensation: Competitive payment of £14.29 per hour (weekdays) and £14.85 per hour (weekends and Bank Holidays). Rates are inclusive of paid annual leave accrual. The opportunity to increase your earnings when desired – we have other roles available we could allocate you to once you register with us.
