Cruise Marshal Portsmouth Pathfinder Recruitment require Cruise Marshals for our contract in Portsmouth Port. This is a flexible opportunity, and you may be requested to work day, evening and weekend shifts. Responsibilities (Various Marshalling Roles which will vary per shift): • Ticket Writers – Assisting guests with their luggage labels and pre-embarkation guidance • Traffic Marshalling – Greet and direct guest driven and chauffeured vehicles/coaches • Directional Marshalling – Assisting port staff with a variety of light duties • Stores Marshalling – Ensuring pedestrians and vehicles remain safe during quayside operations • Gangway Marshalling – Greeting guests embarking/debarking the vessel whilst undertaking essential safety duties • Follow any other given instructions. Benefits: Competitive pay rate of £12.89 per hour weekdays and £13.45 per hour weekends and bank holidays, inclusive of paid annual leave accrual.
