Southampton Cargo Handling (SCH) is a leading provider of stevedoring, terminal handling, and port services across Southampton, Portsmouth, Dover, and Liverpool. Part of the IPH group, we also operate Cruise & Passenger Services, MotoPrep, and Pathfinder Personnel. We’re looking for a hands‑on Compliance & Facilities Manager to keep our sites safe, efficient, and fully compliant.
You’ll maintain and improve ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, and 45001 systems, lead audits and investigations, implement corrective actions, and oversee day‑to‑day facilities management — from contractors and maintenance to refurbishment projects and sustainability initiatives.
You’ll have:
- Proven experience in compliance & facilities management
- Knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 27001, 45001) desirable
- Strong organisational, project management, and stakeholder skills
