Pathfinder Multi Academy Trust is seeking an experienced Estates Manager to join the central team and support our schools across multiple sites. The role will lead operational estates delivery across the organisation, ensuring environments are safe, well-maintained and fully fit for purpose.
Working with the Finance Director, the post holder will oversee projects under School Condition Allocation funding, driving best practice across estates services and supporting Site Managers.
