About the Role
- Be the lead lawyer on a varied and interesting caseload of residential and commercial property matters (including Right to Buys and Shared Ownership Leases).
- Provide support to principal lawyers on more complex commercial property transactions.
- Manage a small team and supervise the work of paralegals, fostering their growth and development.
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality legal services to our clients.
This role is ideal for a lawyer seeking to advance their career and would be an excellent step towards more senior management.

- Has proven experience of handling their own caseload of residential conveyancing matters (ideally to include Right to Buy and Shared Ownership Leases).
