An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Software Support Technician to join a growing events team, working on dynamic projects both in the UK and internationally. This role offers a blend of technical and client-facing responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving and working closely with clients to deliver bespoke solutions.
The Role:
As a Software Support Technician, you will be responsible for configuring and managing proprietary software to build and personalise event environments for clients. Working both remotely and on-site, you’ll ensure seamless access control and provide technical support throughout the project. You will also manage project workflows using Jira, keeping records of task progress and completion. This is a varied role, combining technical software expertise with client management, as you represent the company in delivering outstanding service on a global scale.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience with React.JS and responsive HTML & CSS.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience working in a customer-focused environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Flexibility to travel and work away from home, both in the UK and internationally.
