A leading SaaS provider is looking for a Software Implementation Specialist and Project Manager to manage the end-to-end rollout of software solutions for their customers. This role blends project management, process optimisation, and customer success, ensuring seamless onboarding and system adoption.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, and Customer Success) to drive smooth implementations, refine best practices, and provide training/support to customers.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing software implementations, from contract execution to full customer adoption.
  • Leading project timelines, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Providing training & support, ensuring smooth onboarding and integration.
  • Working with cross-functional teams to optimise implementation processes.
  • Tracking KPIs to measure success and continuously improve workflows.

What You’ll Need:

  • Strong project management skills, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software rollouts.
  • Experience with Jira and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management—comfortable engaging with both technical & non-technical teams.
