Junior Product Manager with Agile, user story writing and data analysis skills required by a SaaS software platform. In this role you’ll operate at the centre of delivery, translating stakeholder input and customer insight into structured backlog items that engineering can build with clarity and pace. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Implementation to gather requirements, document workflows and support sprint delivery.

The focus is on writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria, supporting backlog grooming, participating in Agile ceremonies and validating completed work during UAT. You’ll prepare release notes and internal documentation, monitor user feedback, and use data to confirm outcomes and identify gaps. This role offers direct exposure to roadmap execution within a product-led SaaS environment. You’ll develop commercial product judgement, strengthen stakeholder management capability and build the practical foundations required to step into fuller Product Manager ownership over time.

Requirements:

  • Professional Product Management experience, ideally within a product-led or SaaS environment
  • Experience of working with data, validating information and translating findings into structured requirements
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to break down workflows and identify gaps
  • Requirements writing, user stories and process documentation
  • Jira, Confluence or similar tools
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Curiosity, self-starter mindset and confidence to ask clarifying questions
  • Agile concepts and sprint-based workflows
  • Candidates with Product management exposure from Customer Success, Development, QA, Implementation, Operations or similar software backgrounds will also be considered
