Contract IT Support Engineer with strong 2nd line Microsoft 365, Windows systems and general networking experience required by a digital technology solutions provider. In this role you deliver both 1st and 2nd support across infrastructure and end-user systems during a key period of team cover.
Initially, this will be an 8 week contract based on-site in Bromborough, with potential to extend on a rolling monthly basis. (inside IR35)
Responsibilities:- Deliver first and second-line support across Microsoft 365, hardware, and core systems
- Maintain, configure and troubleshoot laptops, desktops and user peripherals
- Support network functions including VLAN, Wi-Fi, and switch configuration
- Administer user accounts via Active Directory and Azure
- Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets in line with internal SLAs
- Strong experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
- Proven ability to handle both first and second-line support tasks independently
- Working knowledge of networking principles including VLANs and Wi-Fi
- Experience with Active Directory and user administration
- Ability to work fully on-site, five days per week
Contract Start asap. Day rate based on perm salaries of circa Β£30,000 - Β£35,000 per annum. On-site role in Bromborough. Initial 2-month term with monthly extensions possible.
