We are recruiting on behalf of a global healthcare company looking for an IT Business Analyst to support their manufacturing and distribution operations in Slough. This is a key permanent role within the local IT team, acting as the link between IT and business operations to ensure systems are aligned with operational needs.

You’ll work closely with manufacturing, supply chain and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, manage local IT projects, resolve service issues and identify improvements across MES, WMS and ERP systems. The role blends day-to-day support with project coordination, business analysis and vendor engagement.

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT business analysis or a related IT role
  • Familiarity with manufacturing or distribution environments, including exposure to systems like MES, WMS and ERP
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with users, IT teams and external vendors
  • Experience gathering business requirements and writing technical specifications
  • Comfortable managing small to medium-scale projects, ideally in a regulated setting
  • Understanding of compliance, cybersecurity and service delivery best practice
  • Knowledge of ITIL or IT service management is useful
  • German, French or Spanish language skills are a plus
