Class 2 Driver wanted – New Passes Accepted!!!
GI Group are currently working on behalf of our prestigious client in Aston, who are a key player in the parcel distribution sector. We are currently looking for Class 2 drivers to join us for afternoon starts, offering long-term and consistent work 12 months per year.
Class 2 Driver Pay Rates:
- Days – £16.93ph (Advanced Holiday rate included)
- Twilight – £17.95 (Advance Holiday rate included)
- Nights – £18.96ph (Advanced Holiday rate included)
Class 2 Driver duties will include:
- Conducting Vehicle checks
- 3-4 drops and collections to Distribution Sites
- Use of Pump Truck
- Delivering safely to customers throughout the UK
- Prioritising workload to ensure time commitments are met
Class 2 Driver Shift Patterns:
- Flexible shifts available based on what days you are available.
- Monday-Friday available
- 4 on / 4 off available
- 14:00pm starts
Class 2 Driver requirements and skills:
- You MUST have a Valid Full UK Category C Driving Licence
- New passes welcome
- No more than 6 points on your licence for insurance purposes (no BA/CD/CU/DR/DD/IN/TT offences please)
- Strong work ethic, reliable, flexible, enthusiastic, and resilient – are welcomed attributes in this role.
