Roofer Solar PV Installation £30,000 £40,000 | Hertfordshire Were looking for an experienced Roofer to join a Solar PV installation team, working on domestic and commercial properties across Hertfordshire and surrounding areas. Solar experience is preffered but not essential offering a chance for some to break into the industry. The role will involve preparing roofs for PV installations, fitting mounting systems and panels, and ensuring all roofing work is completed safely and remains fully weatherproof. Key responsibilities: Removing and reinstating tiles, slates and other roof coverings Installing roof hooks, brackets, flashing, rails and mounting equipment Installing PV panels and bird proofing Cutting, shaping, sealing and weatherproofing roofing materials Carrying out minor roofing repairs where required Working safely across pitched and flat roofs Supporting the wider installation team on site
