Salaried GP Part-time - Fixed Term Maternity Cover
Sessions and days to be agreed. Position starts October 2026 at Pathfields Medical Group, Plymouth, Devon.
An opportunity has arisen for a Salaried GP to join an established team committed to caring for patients, developing the practice and supporting education.
We are interested in applicants at any stage of their career, including straight from VTS training.
For newly qualified GPs we offer a supportive protected timetable to ease the transition from trainee to independent practitioner.
Ideal location: Plymouth is a vibrant city on the south Devon coast bordering the Dartmoor National Park with good rail and road links. 31,000 patients with a broad demographic spread.
Training practice for GPSTs, Foundation doctors, medical students, Physician Associates, Nurse Practitioners and nursing students.
Friendly small practice feel with a democratic, whole team ethos.
Excellent support from a multi-disciplinary team including ANPs, Mental Health Practitioner, Nurse Prescribers, Paramedics, Physiotherapist, and a well-led nursing team.
Prescribing team led by our in-house Pharmacists.
Admin led document management.
Opportunity to develop clinical or business development interests.
Part-time post.
