Are you a creative thinker with a passion for shaping worldâclass venues? Our client, a global leader in stadium and entertainment architecture, is seeking a Strategic Brand & Experience Designer to join their growing Strategy team.
About the Role
As a key member of the Strategy team, you'll work at the forefront of some of the world's most exciting stadium and venue projects. You'll collaborate directly with clientsâoften international sports teams and entertainment brandsâto define project visions, shape briefs, and bring creative concepts to life. Your work will set the direction for major architectural projects, ensuring the client's ambitions are realised from the earliest idea through to completion.
What You'll Do
- Lead and participate in client workshops to uncover ambitions and requirements for new venues or expansions.
- Translate insights into clear, compelling strategies, briefs, and presentations that guide project direction.
- Develop creative concepts for brand, guest experience, and spatial design, working closely with commercial, architectural, and research specialists.
- Present ideas and strategies to clients, distilling complex information into visually engaging, clientâfriendly formats.
- Act as a "guardian" for the project vision, collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistency and quality through every stage.
- Contribute to a dynamic, multidisciplinary team thatâs expanding rapidly.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in brand, guest experience, sports branding or property branding.
- Outstanding visual communication and presentation skillsâable to turn research and strategy into clear, beautiful client deliverables.
- Creative ideation skills and the ability to articulate the journey from insight to concept.
- Comfortable working in a fastâpaced, collaborative environment with international clients.
- Editorial skills and a keen eye for typographic detail are highly valued.
- Experience in the sports or entertainment sector is a plus, but not essential.
