We are working with a well-respected design and motion studio known for bold ideas, crafted execution and work that genuinely stands out on screen and in the real world. Based in the heart of Soho, you’ll be joining a team that creates high-impact motion, design and visual storytelling across DOOH, social and TV, partnering with ambitious brands to bring striking work to life. This is a studio where craft matters, ideas are pushed, and motion sits at the centre of everything.

We’re looking for a senior, hands-on Motion Designer to join our growing creative motion team. This is a role for someone who lives and breathes motion — equally excited by concepting ideas, refining visual systems and getting deep into the details of execution. You’ll play a key part in shaping creative direction, setting the standard for motion across the studio, and mentoring the next generation of talent.

The Role

You’ll lead motion-driven projects from the very first idea through to final delivery, creating standout work across DOOH, social and TV. Working closely with creatives, producers and clients, you’ll help define the look, feel and movement of campaigns — balancing strong art direction with beautifully crafted animation. This is a hybrid role, typically three days a week in the Soho studio and two working from home, with flexibility depending on project needs and client demands.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll concept, design and deliver motion-led creative across a range of formats and platforms, bringing ideas to life through high-quality 2D and 3D animation. You’ll develop motion systems and visual styles that give campaigns consistency, impact and personality, while maintaining a sharp eye for detail and finish. Alongside the creative work, you’ll take on a leadership role within the studio — guiding and mentoring junior and mid-level designers and animators, collaborating closely with Creative Directors and Producers, and confidently presenting ideas internally and to clients. You’ll help evolve the studio’s creative output, pushing the studio’s motion work forward and setting new benchmarks for quality and originality.

Skills & Experience

You’ll bring a strong background in motion design, with advanced skills in After Effects, excellent knowledge of Cinema 4D and hands-on experience using Redshift. You’re confident making visual and art-direction decisions and have delivered motion work across DOOH, social and TV environments. Bonus points if you also have experience in Adobe Premiere Pro, illustration, strong typographic sensibility, or previous experience leading or managing a team.

What We’re Looking For

You’re a creative thinker with a refined eye for design and movement, comfortable leading projects and guiding others while staying hands-on with the work. You’re organised, proactive and calm under pressure, enjoy collaboration, and thrive in a studio environment where ideas are shared and challenged. Most of all, you’re passionate about motion, design and pushing creative boundaries.

What We Offer

A permanent role within a friendly, ambitious Soho-based studio, working on exciting, high-profile projects. Hybrid working, real creative ownership, and the opportunity to shape the future of the agency’s motion output while growing alongside the studio.
