We’re on the hunt for a mid–senior Art Director with sharp ideas, strong taste, and the stamina to chase great work until it’s actually great. You’ll be paired with one of our brilliant copywriters and together you’ll make work that people notice, share, and occasionally wish they’d thought of first. This is a role for someone who loves the big idea and the details — from the first scribble on a pad to the final pixel, frame, or billboard.
Responsibilities:
- Coming up with bold, original ideas with your copywriter partner
- Turning smart thinking into beautiful, unexpected, well-crafted work
- Creating campaigns across everything from film and OOH to social, digital, print and whatever’s next
- Making decks look good and ideas sound even better
- Working closely with designers, strategists, producers, photographers, directors, and other talented humans
- Presenting work with confidence (and a sense of humour helps)
- Juggling multiple projects without dropping the ball — or the vibe
- Helping raise the creative bar around the agency
What We’re Looking For:
- Around 5–8 years’ experience as an Art Director in an advertising agency
- Big brand or global campaign experience
- A portfolio full of strong ideas and beautifully executed work
- Experience working as part of an AD / CW team
- A great eye for layout, typography, art direction, and visual storytelling
- Someone who sweats the details but never loses sight of the idea
- Comfortable presenting to clients and selling work you believe in
- Curious, collaborative, culturally switched-on
- Calm under pressure, fun to work with, allergic to bad work
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Digital-first or social-native thinking
- Awards (but we’re more interested in the work than the metal)
Why You’ll Like It Here:
- You’ll work on ambitious briefs that actually go out into the world
- You’ll be paired with a strong, established copywriter
- You’ll be trusted to do your thing
- You’ll be surrounded by smart, friendly people who care about the work
- You’ll help make work you’re proud to put your name to
