Our client is a fast-growing design and branding studio. The agency partners with developers, agents and architects to build standout brands and campaigns across the full spectrum of commercial real estate. As their client roster expands and the project pipeline accelerates, they’re investing in a team that’s ambitious, collaborative and genuinely proud of the work they deliver.
They’re now looking for an experienced Account Manager who knows the UK commercial real estate landscape inside out and understands how major property campaigns come to life—from the pace and pressures to the partnerships and commercial decisions that shape a successful launch. This role sits at the very centre of the agency. You’ll become the heartbeat of client relationships, the steady hand leading projects from initial brief to final delivery, and a key voice in helping the agency grow, evolve and sharpen its reputation.
Day to day, you’ll collaborate closely with designers, guide clients through the creative process, and spot opportunities to improve how the agency works. You’ll also play a part in developing pitches, strengthening relationships and elevating the quality of every project that moves through the studio.
To thrive here, you’ll bring at least four years’ experience in the UK commercial property sector and a proven background in account or project management, ideally within an agency or property-focused environment. You’ll have a strong grasp of how property marketing works—brands, brochures, websites, campaigns, deadlines and stakeholder approvals—paired with clear communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly. You’ll be someone who stays calm under pressure, manages complex workflows with confidence, and enjoys collaborating closely with creatives. A commercial mindset is essential, as is the drive to grow accounts, deepen relationships and help shape a small but highly ambitious team.
In this role, you’ll nurture and strengthen client relationships across every campaign, guide briefs into actionable plans for the studio, and create structured workflows that keep projects running smoothly. You’ll manage budgets, schedules and approvals with clarity, ensuring clients feel informed, supported and confident in the work. You’ll work side-by-side with designers to align creative output with strategy, protect timelines, and deliver consistently high-quality outcomes that build both trust and momentum.
What’s on offer is the chance to step into a genuinely pivotal position within a growing agency—one where your voice influences culture, process and how the business continues to scale. There’s clear room for progression, a performance-based bonus, and a benefits package that includes 25 days holiday, studio closure over Christmas, your birthday off, a full workstation setup, hybrid working from their central London studio, and a Cycle to Work scheme. You’ll also have opportunities for professional development, plus regular socials and studio events to keep the team connected.
If you’re commercially minded, energised by creative collaboration and excited to help shape an ambitious agency’s next chapter, this role puts you right where you’ll make the biggest impact.
