Path2 is delighted to be hiring sales advisors for our client, a successful and growing home security company based in Sheffield. We are looking for enthusiastic Sales Advisors to join their friendly inbound team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, problem‑solving, and building a long‑term career in customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service within an inbound call environment
- Handle customer complaints efficiently and professionally
- Answer customer queries and provide accurate information
- Assist customers with invoices and take payments over the phone
- Make outbound calls when required to update customers on their needs
- Maintain and update customer records accurately
