Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service within an inbound team
- Dealing with customer complaints effectively
- Answer customers queries
- Assist customers regarding invoices and taking payments over the phone
- Make outbound calls when needed to update customers on their needs
- Update information in our customers records
