Path2 Solutions are delighted to be searching for committed and forward-thinking individuals to work in our client\’s welding and fabrication company as an apprentice production operative.
The company manufacture, fabricate and supply engineering components for various industries.
We are currently looking for applicants interested in a career within Engineering and Manufacturing, who are:
- Observant, and have good attention to detail
- Organised and able to follow a process
- Willing to learn new skills
- Practical, dexterous and proficient in interpreting written instruction.
As an apprentice, you will work alongside the experienced workforce learning on the job and practicing skills that will be essential to your on-going development and key to sustainable employment in the engineering sector. In return for your hard work, you will receive a range of benefits including:
- 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
- A cycle to work scheme
- Access to a company pension
- Time of during the week to complete your apprenticeship and gain a nationally recognised qualification.
- Early finish on a Friday
Pay rate: £10.00 to £12.21 according to age
Monday to Thursday, 8.00am to 5.00pm, 8.00am and 1.30pm on Friday
