Path2 Solutions are seeking work from home inbound call advisors for their prestigious TV, Internet and telecoms provider client based in Goole and the surrounding areas. Taking inbound calls your duties will include:
- Answering calls with existing customers
- Answering customer queries
- Retaining customers
- Upselling products onto clients' existing packages
