Part time position. Commercially qualified and locally based (able to commute to Rosyth) pilot sought to join our highly successful TKI instructional team. Able to teach some of the ATPL ground school subjects and help the current owner take the business to the next level by developing our DL Courses. Must be knowledgeable about the commercial pilot training process, highly IT literate and ideally have experience teaching commercial pilots.
As part of the eventual retirement plans of the current owner, there is also an investment opportunity to progressively take a shareholding in the business over the next few years. Initially, this will be a part-time TKI job paid at an hourly rate.
Qualifications:
- Strong instructional skills, including the ability to teach and mentor students effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of aviation, ATPL curriculum, and regulatory requirements such as UK CAA and EASA standards.
- Experience in the aviation industry essential; prior experience as a professional pilot or instructor is advantageous.
- Good communication and presentation abilities to foster a supportive learning environment.
- Organizational and administrative skills to manage course-related documentation and student progress efficiently.
- Long-term commitment and ambition to become a shareholder progressively.
- A passion for aviation education and a commitment to maintaining high-quality training standards.
