Path2 Solutions are hiring team leaders for its fantastic Pub/Restaurant client based in Nottingham. Successful candidates will be working for an expanding brewery with ambitious future growth plans. Our team leaders are vital members of our operation and critical to our success.
Daily responsibilities will include:
- Organising your team ensuring they are productive, happy and efficient
- Delegating duties to colleagues ensuring smooth running of the operation
- Being responsible for weekly rota ensuring enough members of staff are available for each shift
- Ensuring customers have a fantastic experience each time they visit
- Keeping the bar and restaurant clean and tidy at all times
