Our outbound service advisors need to be dedicated, committed and have a passion for delivering quality. Job role responsibilities will include:
- Taking accountability for monthly targets and daily KPIs
- Handling outbound calls to different types of clients
- Working as part of a team to ensure the organisation thrives
