Path2 Solutions are seeking motivated individuals to work for our clients already established and nationally recognised hospitality business as a guest service assistant at their hotel based in Middlesbrough. Our Guest Service Assistants are a vital part of our business and as a result the company has been voted in the top 20 places to work in Hospitality across the UK. Your day-to-day duties will consist of the following welcoming our guests on arrival, communicate with guests and ensure their needs are met in a polite and friendly manner, work as part of the team to achieve collective goals, adapting to challenges in a fast-paced environment and checking guests in with a focus on attention to detail. Pay rate: Starts at £12.60 -£15.00 per hour Shifts: 6am – 2pm or 2pm-10pm Or 10pm-6am Benefits: Weekly pay (Competitive rates) Discounted hotel rates Market leading maternity and parental leave Inhouse life assurance and pension scheme Free meals whilst on duty Generous annual leave allowance
