Path2 are delighted to be working with our large distribution and logistics clients to hire customer service advisers for their hub based in Coventry. As a customer service advisor, your day-to-day duties will include:
- Liaising with customers and tending to any issues or requests
- Communicating with our customers in a professional and friendly manner via the telephone
- Promoting services to customers and working toward team targets
