Path2 Solutions are seeking work from home inbound call advisors for their prestigious T.V, Internet and telecoms provider client based in Goole and the surrounding areas. Taking inbound calls your duties will include answering calls with existing customers, answering customer queries, and retaining customers as well as upselling our products onto clients' existing packages.
