Path2 Solutions are delighted to be hiring mobile Healthcare Assistants for its client based in Rochester, Kent. As a health care assistant, you will be a vital part of not only our operation, but the wellbeing and happiness of our clients. Your daily duties will include:
- Visiting clients in their homes across the area
- Taking part in client daily activities such as basic arts and crafts
- Managing clinical interventions
- Assisting with any daily care routines
- Supporting clients in meaningful activities such as spending time with family and friends or going on community outings
