Path2 is delighted to be working with a fantastic nationally recognised company seeking inbound call centre agents in the Derby area to join their expanding operation.

This is a work from home vacancy with no travel to the office required and all equipment will be provided including a laptop.

Inbound call centre agents are a vital part of our team and day-to-day duties will include:

  • Answering inbound calls dealing with customer queries in a polite and professional manner
  • Logging calls on internal system
  • Booking, rescheduling and logging cancellations
  • Escalating any complaints to the correct department

Pay: £25,396 per annum

Shifts: 40 hours per week Monday – Friday between 8am – 8pm
