Path2 are working with a leading care provider client seeking support workers for their facility based in Huddersfield. As a support worker your daily duties will include supporting clients with their daily care needs such as arranging and interacting with daily activities, understanding residents' needs and acting on them, attending day trips with clients and helping with dietary, medication and hygiene needs.
