Path2 Solutions are hiring contact centre advisors to join our client's fantastic team at their site in Coventry. Contact centre advisors are essential and valued members of our team and daily duties will be liaising with our customers ensuring they get a great service, ensuring that escalation processes are adhered to in line with company guidelines, ensuring all calls are logged on our system and hitting monthly targets.
