Path2 Solutions are seeking Customer Service Advisors for their client’s market-leading delivery company at their hub based in Sunderland. As a customer service advisor, daily responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound customer calls and complaints efficiently
- Liaising with customers via telephone and email
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Accurately inputting customer details into our system
- Adhering to standards set out in the company handbook
