Path2 are working alongside a highly reputable care organisation seeking residential childcare support workers based in Leeds. Our childcare support workers are vital to both the smooth operation of the organisation as well as the lives of our residents. Successful candidates' daily responsibilities will include:
- Working with children who have experienced abuse, neglect or exclusion
- Helping with daily needs of children
- Planning and taking part in activities
- Providing cover for sleep over shifts
- Being understanding and respectful of residents' needs
