Path2 Solutions are supporting a leading UK client hiring Elderly Person Care Assistants for their site based in Stockton on Tees.
As a care assistant your responsibilities include supporting residents in a compassionate and dignified manner, assisting with day-to-day needs, serving meals, welcoming new clients and their families, conducting regular welfare checks with residents, handling family or resident queries in a friendly and helpful manner, and keeping log books and rooms clean and tidy.
