Rough Sleeping Outreach Worker

Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week

Contract: Fixed Term until March 2027

What you’ll do

• Be part of the early morning outreach team delivering practical interventions to people sleeping rough.
• Build relationships, provide immediate support, and link people into accommodation and services.
• Collaborate with local partners to create sustainable pathways off the streets.
• You’ll need a full driving licence with access to a vehicle.

• Stage 1 (10:00 – 12:00) Learn more about Path, meet members of our team, and take part in short group exercises and reflective activities.
• Stage 2 (12:00 – 14:00) Candidates who show a good fit for the roles and our values will be invited to a more in-depth interview that afternoon.
