Responsibilities
- You’ll work directly with individuals sleeping rough, offering advice, support and practical interventions to help them move off the streets and into safe accommodation.
- This is a hands-on role involving early morning outreach, collaboration with local partners, and short- and long-term client support.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills with a compassionate, problem-solving approach.
