Benefits of the Service Manager: Salary £40-50k DOE Company Van & Fuel Card Monday-Friday working hours Up to 27 days holiday plus bank holidays Pension Scheme Healthcare Scheme Employee Discount Scheme Responsibilities of the Service Manager: Leading and managing a team of Field Engineers, Workshop Engineers and a Workshop Supervisor Carrying out routine checks on work standards, including vehicle and on-site inspections Acting as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for repairs and maintenance Assisting the aftersales team when required, providing support to streamline operations Requirements of the Service Manager: Previous background in engineering as a workshop/and or field engineer Excellent communication skills Full UK Driving License An understanding of revenue streams, aftersales, profit & loss, costings or profit margins Be able to lead and effectively manage a team You may have worked as a Service Manager, Aftersales Manager, Aftersales Supervisor, Service Supervisor, Workshop Manager, Aftersales Team Leader, Chargehand or similar.
