Responsibilities:
As an Area Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business while managing and developing existing customer accounts. You will work Monday to Friday, covering Reading and surrounding areas, promoting a range of heavy plant machinery including diggers, dumpers, rollers, and telehandlers.
About You:
- Background or strong interest in plant hire, construction equipment, or heavy machinery sales
- Confidence in building relationships and identifying new business opportunities
- Organised, self-motivated, and commercially aware
- Comfortable managing accounts while developing new customers
- Internally based sales professionals with a desire to move into external sales are encouraged to apply
To be successful you may have experience as an Area Sales Representative, Account Manager, Sales Manager, Internal Sales Executive, Business Development Manager, Regional Sales executive or similar. Coming from a plant hire, tool hire, agricultural, construction, powered access, builders merchant or similar background would be an advantage.
