Duties & Responsibilities
- Attend customer site breakdowns across the South West.
- Carry out servicing, diagnostics, and electrical maintenance repairs to the highest standard on cars, vans/light commercial vehicles (LCVs), and construction plant equipment.
- Adhere to manufacturer procedures and processes, demonstrating high attention to detail at all times.
- Complete all compliance paperwork accurately and meet company standards.
- Deliver first‑class customer service to customers.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience as a Car Technician, Van Technician, Mobile Vehicle Technician, Vehicle Mechanic, Fleet Technician, LCV Technician, Workshop Engineer, Automotive Engineer, Mobile Plant Engineer, Field Service Engineer, or related role.
- Ideal: NVQ, City & Guilds, or IMI qualification (or equivalent) in LCV vehicle repair and maintenance, electrical maintenance, plant maintenance, or construction plant & repair.
- Full UK driving licence.
