Mobile Plant Mechanic – £40,000 + Overtime + Company Vehicle – Field-Based Role Are you an experienced Mobile Plant Mechanic? Join a leading company in the plant machinery sector, offering great benefits, a company vehicle, and overtime opportunities! Benefits of the Mobile Plant Mechanic Role: Salary: £40,000 per year. Overtime: Time and a half for the first 4 hours and double time thereafter (daily). Work-life balance: 40-hour work week (08:00–16:30) with no excessive hours. Holidays: 22 days plus bank holidays, increasing by 1 day every 5 years of service. Holiday pay includes average overtime after probation. Company van and fuel card: Includes an option for personal use. Pension: Company pension scheme. Additional benefits: Tool allowance. Company sick pay scheme. Death in Service (4x last P60 earnings). A proactive problem-solver with a logical approach to tasks. Flexible and adaptable to changing environments. Licence: A full UK driving licence is essential for a Mobile Plant Mechanic.
