Job Role:

  • Scheduling engineers' diaries, as well as providing any administrative support.
  • Dealing with customer enquiries either through the phone or by email.
  • Promoting and upselling of products/parts to customers.
  • Assisting with stock movement (can involve heavy lifting).
  • Providing excellent customer service for all customers.

Previous Experience:

  • You will have previous experience as a Trade Counter Assistant, service coordinator, service controller, service planner, or service administrator, workshop controller, or workshop scheduler.
  • It would be ideal if you held a Full UK driving license.
  • You will have previously worked within a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • It would be ideal if you had previous experience managing a team of engineers' workloads, providing technical support to customers.
